About us
Jay and I have been hosting family and friends for over 25 years. As life evolves, raising kids from our blended family came to pass, and we decided it was time to downsize our personal residence and make available the family home we built for others to enjoy. It allows enough space for other families and/or groups to come together and create new memories for the ones they desire more time with. Our vacation rental is built with love and deep thought about how we could accommodate our big family. It has 3 stories, 7 bedrooms, with the main being on the ground floor and 4 baths. It sits on a quiet 2.5 acres with a gentle creek running through the back of the property that separates it from others. The hot tub and outdoor gazebo, along with the children's play structure, have been a favorite for many guests exploring the Puget Sound area.
Jay and I have also spent a great deal of time traveling around Baja California Sur, Mexico over the past 20 years, inviting many friends and family along.
Naturally this decision launched us into the purchase of a timeshare at our favorite resort along Medano Beach, Villa Del Palmar, Cabo.
We love the Baja so much that we discovered a little fishing village outside of the busy city of Cabo San Lucas that we envision spending more time there in the future. The small community in the town of Los Barriles ("The Barrels"), has many great things to do such as shopping, eating at great restaurants and exploring the natural environment. Not only that, but we found the perfect oceanfront condominium that we purchased making available to family and friends.
When we are not hosting others, we own and operate a construction business and work full time helping others, myself as a forensics mental health therapist and Jay as a builder.
